Registration Update:
E-mails have been sent regarding the next steps for registration payments and documents to submit. Those placed on a wait list were contacted by text.
If you did not receive notification, text 559-801-7383.
Drafts will be held and coaches will be notifying players of placement around August 1st.

General Information:·

Registration begins Friday, June 4th·
Registration ends Friday, June 25th or when all player spots are filled·
$65 registration fee· No refunds or sibling discounts·
Includes new jersey, shorts, socks and soccer ball·

Player spots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis·

Fall Season begins September 2021

Steps:· Download and complete the fillable player registration form·
E-mail completed registration forms to fysl93625@gmail.com
Subject Line: Registration Form – Player First Name, Player Last Name

Registration forms sent before Friday, June 4th or to any other e-mail address will NOT be accepted·

E-mails will be sent by July 1st confirming registration status· Birth certificate copies, pictures and payment will be requested to complete the registration process for players who are placed on teams
